Hi my name is Kelley and im you're host and founder of this sacred space. 

Im a mother, a lover, a massager, lightworker, soul searcher, coach, author, facilitator, breather, difference maker, doer of things, creator of ideas and possibilities, risk taker and rule breaker.

Growing up was challenging. I spent a lot of time in therapy as a young adult.

My first personal development program outside of psychologists transformed my life and i saw a new way to live.

Now in my 60th year on this planet i bring all my life experiences and i share with you in my lomi lomi sessions, programmes, coaching and breathwork classes how to live an extraordinary life that you love with all your heart.

You will get to fall in love with yourself just the way you are so you can be whoever you want to be.

As an aging, wise, fat woman in business i know our struggle with the immense fear of being seen which is only outweighed by the crushing disappointment of when we are not!

I am here to witness and guide you  xxx

Over the years and through my own health journey I’ve come to see the importance of taking care of and healing the body as a whole, rather than looking at simply one part if healing. I am a massage therapist, aromatherapist and energy healer. I love running women’s circles and retreats. This is a beautiful way of connecting with others. I’m also a wife, mum and avid lover of all things low tox and essential oils.
